Instructions

    Sit or lie with your legs elevated.

  2. 2

    Push your foot down (like pressing a gas pedal).

  3. 3

    Then pull your foot up toward your shin.

  4. 4

    Repeat in a pumping motion.

Cautions

  • • Avoid if you have a DVT diagnosis
  • • Reduce reps if cramping occurs
